James Swarbrick
Director.
James joined Swarbricks in 2013 after completing his legal studies at Waikato University, and became a director in 2018. James’ main areas of practice include property law, private client, estates and trust law. Outside of work James enjoys time with his family, and spends a lot of his spare time playing and watching sports, particularly football.

Priya Takhar
Associate - Solicitor.
Priya joined Swarbricks in 2022. Priya has worked as a lawyer in Te Awamutu for many years and has a fantastic reputation within the local community. Priya brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and her friendly and welcoming personality is greatly appreciated by clients and colleagues alike.

Dayna Parry
Legal Executive.
Dayna joined the team in 2020 and has recently stepped up to take on the Legal Executive role. Dayna graduated with a BA in 2019, majoring in Classical Studies and Philosophy and has gained her Diploma in Legal Executive studies. In her spare time you can find her with her husband and their chocolate Labrador getting stuck into the renovations of their first home.
Kara Flynn
Office Administrator.
Kara is the latest addition to the Swarbricks team. You can find Kara in reception keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
